At CertifHy Canada we want to see the hydrogen economy grow in a sustainable manner in the Canadian market. To do this we believe that consumers of hydrogen need and have a right to know where their hydrogen is coming from so that they can make informed decisions about the products they buy.

There is currently no hydrogen certification scheme in Canada and existing schemes around the world have varying definitions of what low-carbon or clean hydrogen means.  Until there is a nationally recognized certification scheme in Canada, lifecycle assessments are consumers' best option and CertifHy Canada is here to help with our VerifHy Lifecycle Assessment conforming to ISO 14040.
